A Future for Memory

For the MOA exhibition A Future for Memory, I designed and laid out the accompanying bilingual English–Japanese publication. The text, image selection and editorial content were provided by the exhibition’s curator, Fuyubi Nakamura.

The book carries the exhibition’s visual language into print, adapting its typography, pacing and restrained graphic system to a more intimate format. Working across two languages added another layer to the layout, with the challenge of keeping both English and Japanese clear, balanced and easy to navigate throughout.
